The Albion Maui 2009 girls soccer team won the annual Hawaii Thanksgiving Invitational Tournament hosted by Rush Soccer Club Nov. 24-26 in Honolulu.
The Maui team won the final 3-2 after winning two of three matches in pool play. The team is coached by Ron Kapaku and Cheyenne Ranis and the team manager is Kaui Souza.
The team includes Makena Young, Kilihe’a Lee, Cara Gouveia, Kailea Moniz, Kendyll Yamada, Allyann Aoki, Mikaela Hargis, Kaytlyn Barreras, Paisley Kincaid, Payton Kuwasaki, Sydney Hartog-Hall, Jastyn “Kahau” Legsay, Taygen Webb, and Nevaeh Ranis.
